For parents & carers

A calmer way to reconnect with learning

When education feels difficult, finding the right support can feel overwhelming. We'll listen, get to know your child and talk honestly about whether Crea Pax could help.

Support starts with getting to know your child

We support children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including those finding it difficult to access conventional education.

We ask about strengths, interests, communication, what feels difficult and what helps your child feel comfortable. Suitability and support arrangements are discussed before a placement is agreed.

What might a session look like?

Activities may include caring for animals, cooking, gardening, creative projects and time outdoors. Sessions are shaped around agreed goals and the learner's pace, with individual support or opportunities to work alongside a small group.

Trusted relationships, clear routines and manageable steps help learners practise everyday skills, build confidence and take part in focused learning.

Taking the first steps together

1. Have a conversation

Contact Martha with a brief enquiry about your child's needs and the support you are looking for. Please avoid sending confidential records in your initial message.

2. Discuss a visit

Visits are by appointment. We can answer questions and explore what an introduction might look like.

3. Agree the arrangements

Before a placement begins, we discuss suitability, staffing, funding, goals and how we will work with you and referring professionals. Where appropriate, a gradual introduction can be agreed.

Your questions

Can I enquire directly?

Yes. Parents and carers are welcome to contact us. We can discuss possible next steps and any involvement needed from a school or commissioner.

Is a place guaranteed?

Placements depend on suitability, availability and agreed funding and support arrangements. An enquiry or visit does not commit you to a placement.

How will we keep in touch?

Communication and review arrangements are agreed before the placement begins, so everyone understands the goals and how progress will be discussed.
