For a safeguarding concern involving Martha Bache, contact Stephanie Selby (DDSL) at steph@creapax.com and the relevant Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) directly, as set out in our approved safeguarding policy. Martha must not manage the response.

Questions, concerns and complaints

We welcome questions from families, schools and commissioners about our provision and the way we work. Please contact Martha so we can understand your concern and explain the appropriate next steps.

If a complaint concerns Martha personally, contact Stephanie Selby at steph@creapax.com to coordinate the response and arrange a suitably independent reviewer, or contact the commissioning school or local authority directly. Steph is the initial contact, not the independent reviewer.

Before a placement begins

We discuss the learner's support needs, relevant risks, attendance, communication and information-sharing arrangements with the family and referring professionals.
